All sessions are currently offered virtually:

• Clinical therapy sessions are held through Simple Practice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform designed for mental health services.

• Non-therapy and holistic sessions (such as yoga, meditation, or Reiki) are offered via Zoom to support flexibility and accessibility for all clients.

If you experience any challenges accessing online sessions—such as issues with video, audio, captions, or internet connectivity—I’ll work with you to find a supportive alternative or accommodation.
