Refund Policy

Sunflower Solace PLLC provides both clinical therapy and holistic wellness services under one practice.

 

The following policy applies to all services:

1. No Refunds

 

All session fees and service payments are final and non-refundable. Once a session has been paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

2. Emergency Credits

 

If an emergency arises, a paid and scheduled session may be credited toward a future appointment at the provider’s discretion. To be eligible for this consideration, the client must notify the provider prior to the session or immediately following the emergency.
Session credits may only be used by the original client and are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the provider.

3. Therapy-Specific Grievances

 

Clients receiving clinical therapy services are subject to additional grievance procedures, which are outlined in the Informed Consent and Practice Policies available through Simple Practice once therapy has been established.

4. Policy Updates

 

Sunflower Solace PLLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated in writing or posted in official materials.
